What is a dumbwaiter?
A dumbwaiter is simply a goods only lift that transports goods from one floor to another floor so you don't need to carry it.

Why do I need a dumbwaiter?
There are many reasons as to why you might need or want a dumbwaiter, most importantly this can be a cost effective solution compared to installing a passenger lift which requires more space and can set you back anywhere between $30k and $60 along with substantial additional costs with your builder.

How much does it cost?
Each customers needs are unique, costs vary on many factors but we can provide a free 24hr quote and a site inspection to see if one of our Dumbwaiters is a solution for you.

How much weight can it carry?
We can cater for loads up to 350kgs.

Can I install it?
If you have a trade background then yes, you can easily install one of our dumbwaiters, they come with a full set of instructions and we also offer a skype installation support service for any problems you might run into. If you have a favorite trade person, they will also be able to install it for you with our support.

How many levels can it service?
We supply dumbwaiters that can be installed when up to 4 floors are required.

How long will it take to be installed from the day I order?
Manufacturing will take up to a week, and installation will take between 3 to 5 days. The longest part of the process is usually the building of the shaft which we do not do.

How will it add value to my home?
Dumbwaiters will certainly add value to your home, plus it will widen its appeal to people such as the mildly disabled, elderly or those who are looking to future proof their home.
