Our team can install your dumbwaiter anywhere in Auckland, but you also have the option to have one of our products transported to if you wish to have your local tradie carry out the installation. Instructions will be provided along with our Skype support service when any questions arise.

All of our installations come with a 12 month warranty.

Builders Installation Requirements

With any dumbwaiter installation whether the premise is a new build or retro fit, some building work from our customer will need to take place. Below are some key things to factor and our team is always on hand to answer any questions to assist.

Lift shaft construction, machine room and landing doors supplied and fitted by builder, not all models require landing doors
Instructions for placements of timber supports supplied when design approved
Dedicated 20 amp single phase required for machine
Shaft lighting and utility power point required, placements to be determined on design approval
Front wall of shaft can not be enclosed until the machine, car and lift rails are in place

Full builders requirements and instructions will be given on acceptance of the final design.
